Randall has been a Denver member since 1975. For the last 40 years, since the time he got out of Junior bowling, he has been a president of one or more leagues. As a league president Randall focuses on helping new bowlers to learn and love the game of bowling. Along those same lines, Randall coached youth bowlers at Western Bowl for 15 years.

Randall has been an organizer of teams for the USBC championships since 2003 eight teams, and most recently in 2019 took six teams. In addition to the USBC Championship s, Randall also focuses on organizing teams for local tournaments. For the Greater Denver USBC City Tournament, he has organized 6 teams in 2015 four teams in 2016, four teams in 2017, three teams in 2018, and four teams in 2019.

Most of Randall's best memories about his bowling career come from connecting with other bowlers from different areas and discussing how they think, communicate and tackle the sport. The highlights of his career are throwing twenty-two strikes in a row for 300, 289, finishing in 30th place in the Classified Doubles Tournament with his wife, and continuing to grow connections to other bowlers that eventually join his bowling family.

When not bowling Randall is frequently found reading, watching local professional and collegiate sports, playing horseshoes, or camping.
